Becoming a member
All new members must be approved by the Executive Committee. Each member will complete a registration form and provide information about themselves and their business. In order to be considered for membership, a member must be a business in good standing for at least one (1) year. The executive Committee reserves to the right to deny membership in their discretion. Unless otherwise agreed on by the members being affected and the Executive Committee, any new member may represent a trade, industry or service that is not already represented by an existing member.

Committee Participation
All members must agree to participate on a sub-committee (of their choice). Members may serve on more than one committee.

Behavior
All members are expected to behave in a respectful manner at all times. No member shall speak disparagingly about another member orally or in writing. Members shall support each other and Mom4Profit in the community by speaking positively about each other and Mom4Profit and promoting the businesses of all members. Members are expected to respond to communications with each other in a timely manner.

Referrals
Members shall refer business to other members as frequently as possible. Each member is required to make six (6) total substantial referrals among at least three (3) different members. New members’ referral responsibility will be prorated at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

Prospective members may attend one (1) free meeting before joining as a regular member. If the prospective member decides to join and is accepted by the Executive Committee, said member will be required to attend all future meetings and will be subject to the attendance rules.
